Bom depois de muito pensar no que postar no cmfreak, pensei eu, porque não um play along de bateria? Bom devido ao grande número de CDs que tem aqui, para não ter erro e fazer diferente aqui esta um play along do batera Gregg Bissonette.

Hey folks! First of all I would really like to thank you so much for all your prayersupport! We could really feel that your prayers backed us up during the whole outreach.Things went smooth and the response we got was mostly very positive.

Most of the people said that the metal bible was a great idea and really

wanted to have a copy.

When we gathered in the beginning of the week to prepare the outreach, we were just 4 persons and found out that only a few more had promised to assist later during the festival. So we prayed in the name of Jesus that God would call labourers to assist us. God heard our prayers and urged called people to join us, so the last two days of the outreach we were ca 30 persons in the team! Amen!

This year we were standing at four different places in the festival area. We had put up signs that said that said "Feel free to take a Metal Bible"
and many came and picked up a copy. So we weren't giving the bibles out just to anyone but only those that were interested took it. The most common responses we got were "Cool, this one I really have to get!", "Great idea with a metal bible!", "Can I take a copy for my friend?", "I will read this in my tent tonight".

While giving away bibles we also had plenty of good spiritual conversations. The coolest thing during the outreach was that at least TWO PERSONS WERE SAVED! Amen.

We also got to pray for several persons. This year we had a big cross with us that we placed in the middle of the festival area, where everyone was passing by. On the cross we has put up signs that said "if you are depressed or have any other needs we can pray for you." Lots of people then came to us and wanted to have us to pray for them. So we were just there for the people available for them and just showing them God's love, ministering to all that wanted our help.

During the festival we met many that were really open for God and had many questions about God and we got to witness to many. Many had also read the metal bible that they had taken previous years and now had some more questions about what they had read. Of course there were also a few people (maybe 10-20 people) that didn't liked the metal bible at all and were very angry at us because we were there with the metal bible, but that was just a small minority.

Some people also put it back when they had looked in it but most people that looked in the metal bible also really wanted to keep it.

The festival started on Wednesday but already on Tuesday we put some Metal Bibles on the table and started the outreach. Before we started the outreach we celebrated the Lord's Supper on all places where we were standing, proclaiming Jesus' victory of satan and that each of these places belongs to God.

The outreach was very successful and during the festival 3700 metal bibles went away! Since 33 000 metalheads were gathered that means that about a 1/10 of them got a metal bible with them home! Amen. This is really cool since many Metal Bibles have went out on this festival the latest years. The previous 3 years a total of 15 000 metal bibles have went out at this festival and still 3700 copies went out this year! It's truly amazing!

Almost none of the metal bibles were thrown away and we only found only a few that were destroyed, so that means people liked them and wanted to keep them. 20-30 Metal Bibles were also spread backstage and artists and staff eagerly picked them up.

People were really hungry for the Word of God on the festival. A fitting Bible verse that talks about this is Amos 8:11 that says: "Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:"

This year we also had "Jesus bottle openers" with us, that were given away for free for anyone interested. They are made in real metal and has lifetime guarantee and are really well done. On one side of it there is the text "search and you will find JESUS" and on the other there is contact info to us (our web address). The bottle openers were a huge success and lots of people took them. In fact, it became the most popular thing to get on the whole festival! Ca 15 000 of them went out! Wow, praise GOD!

So a total of 3700 Metal Bibles and 15 000 Jesus bottle openers were given away during the festival which meant that about half of the festival visitors got either a Metal Bible or a Jesus bottle opener with them home! Amen. So God's Word was really going out heavily during the festival. The Bible also says

The location is very nice in the mid of a little sea and everything is very familial. And the line-up is one of the best, they ever had.

Pow galera, quando eu era moleque em BSB, tocar bateria em muitas igrejas igrejas evangélicas era totalmente impensável.
Graças a Deus vivi para ver em um show de Metal Cristão um irmão gritar lá no fundo(batendo cabeça), tipo: "Aleluia; Glória a Deus".
E pensar que perdi amigos por overdose, por que foram "banidos" por seu gosto musical...

Herlighet tiene sus inicios el verano del 2002 en la ciudad de M..xico, el proyecto nace de la mano de Azmaveth (Hortor) buscando experimentar nuevos caminos en lo musical, influenci..ndose en sonidos como el Gótico, Doom, Death, Classic, hasta tener toques de Folk, Black y progresivo, pero nunca encerr..ndose en un solo estilo y sonido, sino intentando nutrir su m..sica con todo las corrientes del metal. En el verano del 2002 Azmaveth concluye algunos temas pero solo se quedan en un proyecto estancado y no es hasta principios del 2007 cuando por fin el proyecto comienza a darse a conocer. El material que ya antes se tenia grabado fue recopilado y nuevamente grabado pero ahora en estudio, dando a este un sonido con mas calidad. As.. se integra formalmente a este proyecto Adunamy para hacer las vocales femeninas y darle el toque exacto al estilo que Herlighet estaba buscando. Ahora Herlighet esta terminando de grabar el material que constara de 13 tracks, tratando de hacer un trabajo serio y de calidad musical y art..stica, teniendo como base fundamental y como ..nico prop..sito el esparcir el evangelio de Jesucristo por medio de este estilo musical.

Excruciatingly rare and highly desirable slab of west coast garagy rock rooted in the San Francisco sound. Taking their name from Genesis 49:10, this 4-guy, 2-gal outreach of the Idaho Jesus People Army had an edgy homemade sound that’s been likened to a more laid-back Jefferson Airplane, with spacey female vocals over an electric backdrop of psychy basement guitar. The unusual song composition didn’t hit me over the head at first, but multiple listenings revealed the layers of interesting guitar work going on in the background. ‘New Jerusalem’ has some nice slow dreamy charm at work while ‘Marriage Supper Of The Lamb’ and ‘Great Day Of The Lord’ both approach seven minutes in length, allowing the guitarist opportunity to try out some tremoloed Quicksilver flourishes. Closes with ‘Call To Brokeness’, a beautiful piece of ethereal femme folk psych. Black and white cover features a pencil drawing of the face of Christ overtop a photo montage of the multitudes. A couple members went on to form the band Living Sacrifice, re-interpreting a few of these songs over the course of their three albums. Originally released in 2000 (re-released in 2002), this CD consists of the two demo tapes the band recorded in ´99. The first tape (tracks 1-22) has "long" songs, while the second (tracks 23-81) is extremely noisy and has almost exclusively 1-5 sec songs. The total playing time is about 28 minutes. This is pure chaotic noise grind with effected vocals, something you don´t find so often in the christian scene. All the songs have real lyrics.
